About the Event

The Art of Mindful Eating (吃在當下的藝術)

Presented by: Winy Chen, MSRD

Objectives:    • Become familiar with the concept of mindful eating  • Review the mindful eating cycle  • Understand the components of mindful eating  • Practice a mindful eating exercise

Fee: Member $15; non-member $20

Winy Chen is a Registered Dietitian who earned her bachelor of science in Clinical Nutrition from Cornell University and her master's in Nutrition and Public Health at University of Tennessee. Winy has a unique combination of experience working with infants, children, adults and seniors. She was a clinical dietitian for Los Angles Children's Hospital and Martin Luther King Hospital for over 5 years. She later became a district dietitian for the Beach Cities Health District (BCHD), the largest preventive agency in the nation.
